Rewrite
editI found this article to be a gushing and hyperbolic brochure for the university, which is inappropriate for Wikipedia. I've removed all POV material. If someone wants to read the brochure, they can use the link.

Copyright problem
editPrior content in this article duplicated one or more previously published sources. The material was copied from: http://www.isra.edu.pk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=145&Itemid=190. Infringing material has been removed and must not be restored, unless it is duly released under a compatible license.
