Curiously, the genealogy "Thompson Lineage: with Mention of Allied Families" (William B. Thompson, 1911), which seems quite thorough, omits Israel Thompson entirely, but I think this must be an error, as Israel Thompson's will apparently specifically mentions his brother Jesse, sister Rebecca and (most tellingly) his sister Abiah Hatch. And Abiah named one of her children "Israel Thompson Hatch". So, I was startled when I noticed his omission, but it seems to be an error in the book.Brianyoumans (talk) 13:39, 15 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
