I read almost everything ad still don't know: when exactly was access to Eilat fully free, partially so, or completely blocked? Clear and simple: from - until, with partial restrictions where they apply. Long article, never coming to the point.

The entire top section of the article reads like a forum post and doesn't have a single in-line citation. This seems to all have been added in one edit by one user.
