Is his name Iakhe or Abdulkadir Masharipov? Also, the article had said that he was 34 at the time of the attack (therefore born 1982), but here his DOB is clearly 2.8.1988. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/C2UqAV5XcAI5QYL.jpg Sheila1988 (talk) 20:26, 24 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Title of article

edit

Right now, as of March 12, the title of the article is "Istanbul nightclub shooting". This should be changed to something else like "Reina nightclub shooting" or "2017 Istanbul nightclub shooting" because the current title is too vague since there could be a shooting anytime at an Istanbul nightclub. Why not local time, what is the issue? Slatersteven (talk) 13:56, 12 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
Also the change was not to 22;15, it was to 1:15. Slatersteven (talk) 13:57, 12 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
GMT (Zulu) is the standard timezone of the WMF. DST is not observed by it. The abbreviation "GMT" refers to the Londonian Horary Observatory. FET is the local time of the massacre.

Yes I know all of that, but this does not answer my question and B, you did not change it to GMT you just changed it from 24 hour. Slatersteven (talk) 14:11, 12 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
I use GMT as Zulu for the comparison with a local time, as FET, exemplarly.

10 GMT is 10 GMT or 22 GMT, not 1 (or come to that 13). You did olt chance it to GMT, so your justification here is flawed (at best). 12:12, 13 January 2024 (UTC)
