• US license for images is suspect, although PD-1996 will probably work.

• What source are you using to verify what the ships are named after? Gardiner doesn't mention that. I usually use Silverstone if you need a ref that will work for all three ships.
  • I figured it was a WP:BLUE case for Sardegna = Sardegna ;) Though actually I did come across this book chapter while trawling for the older ironclads that discussed Italian ship naming conventions...can't remember the title at the moment.
    • For these ships in particular, that makes sense as there really aren't any alternatives, although Re Umberto could have been dicey if he hadn't the first of his name. Just keep in mind that most ship names aren't as obvious as these and will needed to be cited.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 14:59, 9 October 2015 (UTC)
