editAdded R117H as another genetic defect of the CFTR gene for which Ivacaftor is indicated, based on a new phase 3 randomized double-blind clinical study showing clinical efficacy of ivacaftor in subjects age six and older with cystic fibrosis (CF) and an R117H mutation.
