We are the owners of the Iwan Iwanoff house at 2 Constance Street Darlington. I am surprised it was not listed on the page. The original owners were the Cavallaros. A couple of Melbourne architects came to our house one day to try to identify it as the missing Iwanoff house listed at the Perth State Library. They came in and confirmed by the features it was indeed an Iwanoff, as also confirmed by his name on the plans held at Mundaring Council. I can provide a copy of the plan with his name as the designer. How do we get the house listed on the main page please? PEMKQLD (talk) 11:26, 30 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
@PEMQLD:, is there any publicly available information (preferably available electronically) that verifies Iwanoff was the architect responsibly for designing the dwelling in Darlington? Dan arndt (talk) 03:58, 31 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
Yes, the Mundaring Shire has at least paper copies, and I can provide a scan of a page from them that clearly shows Iwanoff as the architect. I also have photos that can be verified by my agent that show the hallmarks of Iwanoffs work - the wood ceilings and the lounge "hinge". Can you contact me privately so that I can send copies and the agents details? I do not know how to post the drawing and photos here. PEMKQLD (talk) 05:33, 31 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
