@Rosguill and Wgolf:, can you be more specific about why this page might not meet notability guidelines? I thought Rolling Stone would be a major piece of "non-trivial, published work" about him, and the additional coverage (NPR, Star Tribune, American Songwriter) would make it "multiple" published works. Well so far just one album, maybe if he gets more he might get notable. Maybe we need more info as well and if he gets more attention. Wgolf (talk) 17:04, 20 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
I would say the issue with the Rolling Stone source is that it's an interview. Rolling Stone publishes very high quality interviews for a pop culture magazine, so in my opinion it still counts some toward notability, but ideally getting more independent sources would be better. signed, Rosguilltalk20:40, 20 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
Looks to me like there are quite a few new sources since the earlier discussion. From a UK perspective, he has appeared in the country's top-selling newspaper (The Sun), recorded a session for the BBC, and is appearing (albeit someway down the bill) at Glastonbury, the UK's top music festival.
