Substantial number of edits by User:MsMaam
editThis article was created by User:MsMaam, whose edit history is almost entirely this article, or adding links or information about Jabari Simama to a small handful of other pages. Additionally, MsMaam's edits to this article frequently attempt to remove sourced negative information about Simama's dismissal/departure from Georgia Piedmont Technical College:
- removal of
{{COI}}
template shortly after added. ({{COI}} was presumably added with respect to MsMaam's activity on the page). - Changed "was removed" to "retired"
- Un-reverted editor's revert of "removed"/"retired" edit
- requested speedy deletion of article
- Removal of sourced material regarding "fired from" GPTC — sbb (talk) 05:09, 24 April 2021 (UTC)
- Sbb, It may be worth mentioning this at WP:COIN for additional input. MrOllie (talk) 02:31, 28 April 2021 (UTC)
- @MrOllie: thanks, I'm doing that at the moment. I've never done it, so I'm going through the help and related template pages. I'm stumbling through it as you posted this, but think I've got a handle on it now. =) — sbb (talk) 02:36, 28 April 2021 (UTC)
- @MrOllie: sorry, I forgot to @ping you after I posted this issue at WP:COIN. If you want to comment or chime in, it's at WP:COIN § Jabari Simama. Thanks. — sbb (talk) 21:33, 2 May 2021 (UTC)

MsMaam & sbb
editHello Sbb, I am a bit dismayed by the attention you have given to this wikipedia page but let me assure you that there is no inherent COI. I became concerned about the number of edits you made to this article and wondered if you did not have some interest in this particular issue. — Preceding unsigned comment added by MsMaam (talk • contribs) 20:39, 27 April 2021 (UTC)
- @MsMaam: My attention to the page came about only because of your edits. I assure you, I have absolutely no COI with this page. I don't know who Jabari Simama is (outside of this Wikipedia article). But your edit history leads me to believe that you are indeed Mr. Jabari Simama. I know Wikipedia requires WP:GOODFAITH, but since this is my own Talk page... I'm calling you out. I think YOU ARE Mr. Jabari Simama. — sbb (talk) 20:51, 27 April 2021 (UTC)
- Hello Sbb, I am not Jabari Simama and you are not calling me out. Who are you? I am not going to let the racist biased news stand as truth, even in a wikipedia article that is tampered with consistently by you as some objective source and crusader for truth and accuracy. Sources do not speak for themselves and journalism is not a science. You are someone who obviously has an interest in this story.
- @MsMaam: I had no interest in Jabari Simama. I merely came across this article because of category maintenance flags, and accidentally left it in my watchlist. But then I noticed your highly irregular edit pattern of deleting anything remotely negative about the subject of the article, deleting reliable sources in the article, and consistently editing the article in a favorable light. You may not be Jabari Simama, but you seem to have a particular interest in editing the article to always appear apologetic or favorable to the subject, without having ANY appearance of objectivity. You clearly have an agenda with regards to the article. — sbb (talk) 01:57, 28 April 2021 (UTC)
