The result of the move request was: moved. There is consensus that no primary topic exists. There seems to be consensus favoring disambiguating with a comma instead of parentheses that reflects WP:PLACEDAB: "With the names of cities, towns, villages and other settlements, the tag is normally preceded by a comma". If some specific national convention should take precedence, please feel free to inform me on my user talk, and I will reconsider this close.
