People from (City), (State) category
editI swapped the category Category:People from Evansville, Indiana for Category:People from Macon, Georgia because the article, along with IMDB, state McBrayer was born in Macon, Georgia. Going to college in Evansville, Indiana (University of Evansville) does not qualify somebody as being from that city. 68.17.177.46 03:10, 29 December 2006 (UTC)
Not Very Encyclopedic
editThis article reads like it was written by his agent. Nlevitt (talk) 08:41, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
Fictional First Child
editI am removing the reference to the impending birth of his first child. Today on WGN-AM radio in Chicago, Mr. McBrayer told host Dean Richards that the Wiki-reference to a child was a prank played on him on his birthday, i.e. "For your birthday, I updated your Wikipedia page."[1]Austinmayor (talk) 03:35, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
Emmy Award?
editI removed the "Emmy-nominated", because according to IMDB, he hasn't been. 70.24.117.210 (talk) 01:34, 7 January 2009 (UTC)
Mormon?
editIsn't Mr. McBrayer a Mormon? Many of his performances read to me as Mormon rather than Southern. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.41.11.217 (talk) 02:01, 11 January 2009 (UTC)
Conan Tour
editJust got back from the final show in Atlanta and he was there. There's no online source I could find yet, however. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.184.123.39 (talk) 05:50, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
Other television appearances

Link rot
editReferences 1 and 2 redirect to home pages, and 7 leads to a 404 error.
Name should be in bold
editThe person's name should be in bold in my opinion as in its current state it is inconsistent with other Wikipedia articles. Xboxsponge15 (talk) 21:54, 24 April 2022 (UTC)
