It is curious that an editor is excising, without justification, the "muckraking" portion of the intro sentence. He was a classic muckraker. Dogru144 13:44, 13 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Actually that is exactly what I am going to do as well. The word "muckraker" is pejorative, whereas journalist is neutral. I am also going to take out a sentence about "facts" (in quotation marks) because the footnote does not link to the given source.Purplethree (talk) 16:07, 5 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
