The info panel about the character of Jack Tripper has his age at 34 years old. If we could step into the fictional realm here: Jack Tripper (Not John Ritter) was 34 when he moved in with Janet and Chrissy which would put his date of birth at year 1943, yet the panel has his date of birth in 1951. Could anyone advise on this? --SaturdayNightSpecial (talk) 21:55, 19 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

That, in one of Ritter's later roles, as Paul Hennessey in 8 simple rules, he has a nightmare where the entire premise is basically a rip-off of Ritter's character here? I'm just not sure what page is most appropriate (here, the John Ritter page, or the 8 simple rules page.) Gurkha 00:08, 19 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

Also that Jack was a fair boxer and boxed in the Navy. This was used a few times in the series. --24.7.204.182 08:47, 25 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
I just had a question that I was hoping someone might be able to answer. On this page, it shows that Jack Tripper appeared in 171 episodes of the show. Three's Company had a total of 172 episodes. I was wondering if anyone knew what episode Jack did not appear in. I just can't seem to figure it out. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Stallion15 (talk • contribs) 04:47, 29 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
He appeared in all episodes, not sure why there is that discrepancy here. Maybe it has something to do with episodes that are broken into two halves in re-runs, or episodes of The Ropers aired in reruns?TrevorLSciAct (talk) 02:48, 18 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
