Death date
editLooks like there are conflicting sources for date of death June 1 (Legacy.com - Statesman) or June 2 [1] [2] Texas State Cemetery. I'm not sure why the difference, perhaps a typo somewhere or perhaps (like my grandfather) the death certificate lists the later date because that was when the death was reported to the authorities. I would think the cemetery would have the official date correct, perhaps this will have to wait for an actual tombstone photo or a death certificate source. --Dual Freq (talk) 13:18, 1 July 2021 (UTC)
