More work needed
editI've cleaned this up as best as I could without library access. I don't expect to have such for another week or two, and don't know when I'll get back to this. Although findagrave indicates French became a federal judge, such are normally listed in various directories, but not here. I don't know if he was a judge in Indian territory, whether the name doesn't show because initials were used, or whether a relative is exaggerating his position.Jweaver28 (talk) 17:15, 29 May 2017 (UTC)
