@SydneyElise Hey I loved your article. I liked how you put so many links out to his work, it really makes him relatable and makes me more interested. It would be cool if you included some of his back story and since you know him it would be cool to use that to your advantage! Also maybe try and upload a picture! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rickijonna (talk • contribs) 07:01, 31 October 2015 (UTC)

Article Feedback
edit@SydneyElise: Great article Sydney!
- I just wanted to start by saying that I really like the subject of your article. I think that it's super creative and interesting.
- One thing that I noticed was the lack of background information on Haney. I think if you added more information about his history. Maybe where he grew up, where he went to school, what inspired him to do these kinds of things, etc. It would be a cool addition.
- Another thing I noticed, like Mako said, was the neutral tone. Your article is well written and sounds cohesive. Great job!
- Overall, I think it's a great article and I can't wait to see the finished project!

@SydneyElise: Greetings! Your article is off to a good start and I think that, most importantly, you've done a good job of establishing notability of the subject with linkse to 4 profiles from major reliable sources. Linking this from other articles, fixing up the citations, and expanding the lede according to WP:LEDE so it's not just one sentence all seem like useful steps.
I noticed that the article was deleted once before but it looks like this was because of WP:CSD#A1. In this case, you've done a good job of explaining who Haney is and why he's important. Keep working and polishing and ensure that you keep to a neutral tone and I think this will shape up into something great. —mako๛ 18:22, 23 October 2015 (UTC)

editNice work! I enjoyed reading your article! I added an infobox to help! If you can find a picture of him and put it in the infobox that would be even great work! Good work! :)Lsy2624 (talk) 23:10, 31 October 2015 (UTC)

editSorry for the late feedback, I'm still figuring out how to use talk pages and I had to familiarize myself on your topic. Your article looks great, I think you did a really great job with being able to get a lot of backstory and information on James Marcus Haney. You also did a great job of being able to link to other articles, which I think automatically gives the reader a great way to familiarize themselves on James Marcus Haney. I will go through and try and make some minor edits as far as grammar goes, but I think that this article is awesome and really has no problems. Great job on your article and keep up the great work.
