I added the full names of both Bulloch's wives, since the relationships demonstrate the close ties in the planter class. Martha (Stewart) Elliott, Senator John Elliott's second wife, was step-grandmother to his grandson James Dunwoody Bulloch. After Senator Elliott died, she married James Stephens Bulloch, thus becoming the stepmother to James Dunwoody Bulloch.--Parkwells 23:02, 1 October 2007 (UTC)

editBulloch built Bulloch Hall in 1839 with the labor of African-American slaves and craftsman.
- We already know that he was a slave-owner, so what does this add? Valetude (talk) 22:30, 21 April 2021 (UTC)
