De Cock - capital question
editWhen referring to him as simply "De Cock", wouldn't the "D" be capital only if it starts a sentence? That's normally how it's done, like "There goes de Cock", though there are some individuals in history who have by convention capitalized their De's and Du's even in the middle of a sentence.
