Biracial
editUntitled
editI am watching Charlie Rose and they have said both her parents are black, so how is she biracial?
=================
editI agree, this article clearly says she is the child of an African-American mother and an African-American father, but then later on, it says she is biracial. Perhaps one of her grandparents were white? Jsaurman (talk) 21:33, 29 May 2008 (UTC)
- Same question. The article contradicts itself. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.131.92.21 (talk) 10:19, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
- In her book, it is indicated that Ms. Langhart's mother was white. No name (that I could find) was provided. Since her father is indicated to have been African American, this makes her Multiracial. However, "African American" by definition can include other races (please click the link).Mkpumphrey (talk) 16:37, 13 June 2009 (UTC)
She is obviously mixed-race just by looking at her. I'm not really sure why that is such a controversial thing to state -- most blacks in America are mixed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.24.247.28 (talk) 00:17, 17 November 2013 (UTC)
Mrs. Cohen is either 0.25 or 0.125 Cherokee Indian. I need to get the citation. As the other comment observed, it is NOT controversial to state that she is mixed race. However, unless there are some details, it almost doesn't bear or bare mentioning, as it is more common than not. --FeralOink (talk) 05:48, 9 February 2014 (UTC)

Birth year?
editIn the intro section, the birth date is listed as 1941 but in the profile summary section in the right hand column, it says 1940. I don't know the answer but it should be corrected by someone who does. Thanks. Curious georgianna (talk) 05:04, 29 April 2022 (UTC)
