Doubled tables

Will somebody please change the braille charts to make them accessible to blind people who are reading this article? The Vietnamese braille page gives the braille-dot-numbers for each character and the Chinese braille page gives the ASCII-braille equivalent for each character. Will somebody please do something to make this Japanese braille page accessible to blind people? "Since the graphical tables are viewable by all browsers..." ??? What about blind computer users trying to learn about braille?? Look at the Vietnamese Braille page and you'll see that they showed each character both graphically AND in text format (character name followed by dot numbers). Japanese wiki says that Kuraji Ishikawa (石川倉次) came up with it for the Tokyo School of the Blind and Mute (東京盲唖学校) in 1890. kwami (talk) 08:41, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

format

Is Japanese Braille written the same way as Japanese text is (from top to bottom, right to left)? Or it is it written the same way English Braille is (from left to right, top to bottom)?--Fantasticmio (talk) 02:06, 16 January 2009 (UTC)

Braille cell template

I have changed the punctuation and dakuten/yoon/etc. tables to an image template. I wanted to ensure two things: 1) that the comma and Latin prefix are, in fact, the same, and 2) that the alt text Braille are still blind accessible (see #Doubled tables). In regards to #2, the Braille Cell template now automatically includes the Unicode character as the default alt text. Will this work for accessibility for visual impairment? VanIsaac_WS^contribs 03:55, 24 April 2012 (UTC)

Please add the other Unicode Character values for all of the other diacritic character and punctuation please...

managed to show it decently enough with both Graphic and Unicode values for the basic characters and graphically for the rest of the characters..just lacking completeness on the Unicode Block. 80.5.219.60 (talk) 20:44, 9 March 2016 (UTC)

Nevermind - My apologies, please. Just noticed that the Unicade characters used are for the Hiragana not the Uniced points. There are Unicode characters that would be nice to add, however, while I am on the topic though. 80.5.219.60 (talk) 21:08, 9 March 2016 (UTC)
