• Link South China Sea raid if that's the right article.
• Bold Hui Yang in the lead as a valid alternate name
• Create Chinese destroyer Hui Yang as a redirect to here. FWIW, Chinese destroyer Huiyang exists and redirects here, and I see a handful of uses of the one-word spelling in the wild, although I'm not sure those are RS, and Hui Yang seems to be the scholarly consensus

Design and description

• Gloss IJN = Imperial Japanese Navy somewhere. IJN is used without explicitly glossing the meaning.
• Prose says 4 x triple and 13 x single 25mm AA guns. Infobox says 4 x triple and 12 x single 25mm AA guns. Based on the figure of 25 total given, the former appears to be the correct one.

Construction and career

• Prose says the ship was laid down in 1943. Infobox says 1944.
• "The ship damaged by aircraft from Task Force 38 at Takao on 21 January 1945 during the South China Sea raid" - Missing a word here, probably "was" between ship and damaged.
• Date of acquisition by the Chinese varies between the prose and the infobox.
• "The ship was turned over to Allied forces at Kure at the time of the surrender of Japan on 2 September" - This is sourced to Nevitt, who dates it to August.
  • There's a difference between the effective end of the war sometime in August and the formal surrender on 2 September. Kure wasn't occupied until the latter date.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 03:04, 8 October 2020 (UTC)
