In this run-on sentence "Jean Claude Mbanya obtained his Medical Degree from Cameroon in 1979, he received his Ph.D and MRCP degree from University of Newcastle upon Tyne, England", which of the two sentences wants to claim the phrase "in 1979"? Either way, this needs correct punctuation. Ref 4 does not say "in 1979", and ref 7 doesn't work. I'll just take out the year and fix the punctuation.
