Cherokee as Jeep Gladiator?
edit"In Argentina, the Cherokee was manufactured by Industrias Kaiser Argentina, who renamed the SUV as Jeep Gladiator, and was sold with one type of engine: the I6 Continental of the AMC, and was equiped with 3-gear manual transmission."
The IKA Jeep Gladiator was a Jeep pickup truck (as was the US Jeep Gladiator; Jeep dropped the name for the pickup in 1971) that ceased production in 1967, so after the Wagoneer began production in 1963 but years before the Cherokee began production in 1974. It is hard to see how the IKA Gladiator could be considered a renamed Cherokee or even Wagoneer. 67.131.107.98 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 22:09, 17 October 2011 (UTC).
