editI've been contacted on Social Media , by someone claiming the identity of this Gentleman ... It doesn't ring true somehow... ? Is this a case of identity theft for dubious reasons ... Or is this genuine ? Do you think. It just seems very unlikely that a Major General would be seeking conversation on Social Media? 109.249.187.30 (talk) 21:11, 19 December 2021 (UTC)
- Unfortunately you are correct. There is about 20 scammers of widows on Facebook that they allow and the Air Force and the real guy know all about this and could care less it seems. Have left multiple messages the military and even tried to contact him in Colorado with no response 2600:6C60:6A00:3CE3:BDF3:F423:EECF:DDA3 (talk) 14:35, 24 November 2023 (UTC)
