Speedy Deletion?
editThis page was created to fix a broken Wiki link from the CDRH listing. It may be expanded later as I have time, or others care to contribute.
Testimony
editI have removed the portion about his testimony being misleading because there are more reliable sources that state that the FDA did not take issue with his testimony. [1] Mike V • Talk 01:59, 27 March 2013 (UTC)
Thanks, and a minor revert
editThanks very much, Altruistic, for the improvements you made, especially with my bad footnote formatting.
There is a minor place where I did a revert. Dr. Shuren did not actually "refrain from participating" in the relevant cases, rather he "refrained from recusing". Recusing happens when a judge or other figure of authority refrains from participating in a decision in order to avoid a conflict of interest. I've put in a link to the Wiktionary entry in hopes that this will be useful to other readers as well. Yours truly, Opus33 (talk) 17:59, 22 August 2024 (UTC)
