From Esquire portrait on Roger Ailes:

We don't know about you, but Esquire's eye goes to the screen featuring your creamy redhead, Jenna Lee.
Sure, that's a Fox screen, and so you win again. But — if you don't mind our saying so — it didn't exactly require an advanced degree in TV geniusology to see the potential of Ms. Jenna Lee.
Wait — it did? "Well, she didn't look anything like she looks now when she came here. She'd just completed Columbia journalism school, and she wanted to be a writer. But I met with her and sent her down to hair and makeup to clean her up a little. When she came back, I took a look at her and said, 'What would you think of going on air?' I had to work with her a little to bring her pitch down, and now she's going to be a big star. And she wanted to be a writer."

Marriage

edit

Having been reverted twice by GauchoDude, I'll bring the matter to the talk page. I'm wondering why he says that the material is unsourced. Is the source listed in the article insufficient in his eyes? (If not, that's still not "unsourced"; it's a separate issue.) 207.161.217.209 (talk) 02:25, 25 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

@207.161.217.209: I apologize for being less than clear with the unsourced information note upon reverting. The reason the infobox information keeps getting reverted is because Template:Marriage, used in the infobox, doesn't support the full date of marriage and shows only the year. Please note that in the Personal Life section of the article, the full date of the marriage with the corresponding source is listed. Hope that clears up any confusion. Thanks, GauchoDude (talk) 13:13, 25 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
@GauchoDude: So what did you mean by "unsourced" (a term you used more than once) in that case? And that is incorrect, Template:Marriage does in fact support the full date (which is displayed via tooltip) as is clearly indicated in its documentation. So that doesn't clear anything up, I'm afraid. 207.161.217.209 (talk) 19:04, 25 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
@207.161.217.209: This is news to me, I was unaware of the hover over feature as I had never seen the full date in any of the actual text behind the scenes. I've followed the marriage template and have re-added this information. Thanks for the new tip! GauchoDude (talk) 12:58, 29 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
