Notability
editIn all respect to that person's work and life, a phD, a few papers and a job at Microsoft Research is definitely a nice career, but he does not have enough stature to have his own encyclopedic article.

He is quite notable as the author of circlemud. I have known who this guy was since I was in 8th grade in 1997, and I'm just some dude :) Craklyn (talk) 22:48, 18 February 2009 (UTC)
- I'm rather biased, but I personally think that CircleMUD together with his research career are enough to make the bar for notability, although either by itself might be questionable. Dcoetzee 22:56, 18 February 2009 (UTC)
