Contested deletion
editThis page is not unambiguously promotional, because...she's a real actress. I can take the Emmy material out if that is what is causing the issue. I just added it to add more material.
Contested deletion
editThis page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (your reason here) --Anonymous (talk) 04:58, 18 June 2016 (UTC)please this is my first page I created on wiki. This actress was perfect because she's all over wiki but doesn't have a page yet. I am just learning, but I fixed everything. Please don't delete all my work before I can fix it.
I think I have fixed everything. Any notes would be appreciated though.
Page restored
editFor what it's worth, I restored and rescued the article. I basically stumbled upon it, following the lead from Talk:Jessica Phillips (cyclist)#Requested_move_14_May_2018, and discovered that Jessica Phillips (actress) (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) has been deleted... twice. I don't think that this old version on which I based the current article, last edited by TomStar81, was worthy of WP:G11, and I'm sad to see yet another potential good-faith contributor, User:MSHouck driven away by overzealous tagging and deletion. - For the record, it started off as an A7 article, and it still doesn't really indicate why its subject is important or significant. There's some ascertation that she is a rising star, but from where I sit she still falls short of A7 with regards to having an article here. I'm not objecting to the restored article per se, just noting that she could be a little better covered if shes gonna be on here. TomStar81 (Talk) 12:52, 28 May 2018 (UTC)
- Well, she certainly isn't an Angelina Jolie, but cited information that she had a lead role in multiple Broadway musicals and was a guest star in multiple episodes of a nationally-broadcasted TV series an A7 maketh not. At minimum, notability should have been tested at an AFD. No such user (talk) 14:48, 28 May 2018 (UTC)
