Campaign page copy/paste?

So, this article seems to be more or less taken from this person's campaign website, in violation of Wikipedia's BLP guidelines (material self-published by the author should not be overly self-serving.)

As there is literally not one citation in this mess, I intend to trim down the press release-style material, and perhaps add some other bits that are cited and are from more reliable sources.

All of that very questionable material was added I'm one edit, which I have rolled back. Interestingly, they also deleted what appears to this editor to have been very relevant information on the subject's previous city counsel service, which I have restored.
