Contested deletion
editThis article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... Jim Shelton is the deputy secretary of education for the United States (not to mention a hugely influential leader in the education community in this country and around the world). Seems like that should merit a page. I created the page because he is listed on other pages in Wikipedia but no page about him had been created yet. [Added by User:Rculatta 10 August 2013.]
- Please provide WP:Reliable sources for his WP:Notability. Otherwise, we have no way of knowing whether he should be in Wikipedia or not. Thank you. GeorgeLouis (talk) 21:13, 22 December 2014 (UTC)
