Court battle by leaders of Jiwaka since its inception
editThere have been a barrage of court battles starting from the province's transitional period in 2011. The first one, during the transitional period, was between Benjamin Mul and the State on the Chairmanship which at the time was Sir Philip Kapal, a non parliamentarian.
