Here are other non pay-wall reviews in Polish: [4], [5], This Polish media search [6], is behind a paywall, but one could still verify the opera roles and theatre and dates from the viewable headline and intro paragraphs that are viewable in those sources. And here is her entry in a Polish music encyclopedia. Much of the content in the article could probably be cited to this last source (which has lots of performance dates if you click on the links).
