Much of the article appears to be sentences lifted from elsewhere stitched together. The sources of the sentences I searched for were US Federal Government projects, so they may be PD, but still need to be attributed. This is a huge problem. Danger (talk) 02:18, 12 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
