Joe Fine was a relative of mine, but someone with whom I interacted with infrequently and for a limited period of time. I have reviewed the guidelines for notability and believe that Joe Fine qualifies. I have also reviewed the guidelines for conflict of interest and have written in a neutral tone; cited reliable, third-party sources; and tried to avoid unintentional bias.
