• Noted you use Daily News (New York) for a number of references. Try to replace these, as the above mentioned is a tabloid and unreliable... actually, looking around, I see the Toronto Sun and the Calgary Sun are also tabloids and unreliable. Major concern right now, with regards to WP:RS.

• Ref 8 Globe and Mail should be The Globe and Mail.

• Joseph Nieuwendyk (born September 10, 1966) is a Canadian... Not sure how important it is to mention Canada here

• where he was a two-time All American hyphen All-American

Appreciate the review. However, the two Sun papers are tabloid format (as opposed to broadsheet) but are not tabloids in a National Enquirer sense. The Calgary Sun is one of two major dailies in this city, while the Toronto Sun is also a major paper in its city. They are owned by a major Canadian media company, and are reliable sources. I would also consider the New York Daily News reliable for the stories cited (though am aware it is usually more of a case-by-case basis with that paper). In the case of the NYDN, however, I will replace as I can. I would imagine my Highbeam account will allow an opportunity to replace these links. Thanks, Resolute 02:00, 1 May 2012 (UTC)

Replaced the NYDN links (as expected, Highbeam was useful), corrected the rest. I left the Canadian part in the opening sentence, as that is our standard intro for hockey player bios.
