I believe Joel Berger is a notable American mural artist worthy of representation on Wikipedia. He is becoming famous, not only in the United States, but globally, as well. I've declined the speedy deletion, which was based on the article initially having no content, not matters of notability. However more and better reliable sources will probably be needed if this article is to be kept in the long term. Beeblebrox (talk) 18:51, 5 April 2011 (UTC)Reply
