There seems to be some confusion as to whether the name should be Holmskiold or Holmskjold. As the article began with Holmskiold, and the Danish WP article also had this spelling, I have edited the name as Holmskiold throughout, only to discover that the article itself is headed Holmskjold! As I am not really sure which spelling is correct, I will leave it to someone else to handle any further corrections, moves, etc. I note for the time being that in any case there is a redirect on Johan Theodor Holmskiold. - Ipigott (talk) 11:32, 24 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

What is the source for "14 June 1731 – 15 September 1793"? All I could find about his life dates is this PDF from Barnhart's "Biographical Notes Upon Botanists", which states "14 June 1732 - 14 September 1794". --Convallaria majalis (talk) 09:29, 19 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
