editThis guy's last name is not widely known because of an unwritten but widely regarded held by Dutch mass media not mention surnames when reporting on suspected or convicted criminals. Is that convention appropriate for Wikipedia?

editThe article page is currently called "Johannes O." but the person is referred to as Johannes (John) Opdam throughout. Either we should rename the page to Johannes Opdam, or add a sentence to explain why the page name excludes his surname. -Stelio (talk) 15:24, 22 September 2017 (UTC)
