Please be advised that this article fails to meet GA standards for referencing. I'm not inclined to quickfail it if you're willing to put the effort in to add the necessary citations. Every paragraph needs at least one citation, more if more than one source is used. One cite suffices if everything in the paragraph uses the same source, but otherwise each fact or statement from a difference source needs its own citation. I think that you've cited most, if not all, of the quotes appropriately, but I'll do a more thorough reading if you start adding citations. Please feel free to ask questions about anything that you're uncertain about.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 07:38, 17 March 2013 (UTC)

- Generally, nothing in the lede needs to be cited unless they're some sort of controversial or superlative fact.
- Glad to see the cites for his previous bands and activities, but what's the source for your account of the history here? Notably what's your source for when he decided to go solo and writing the album's songs, etc?
- You can probably use the liner notes as the source for most of the 1968 section, just be sure to put it at the end of each paragraph if everything in the paragraph is derived from the source.
- The sheet music listings suggest to who? You can't make that conclusion, that would be original research, even if you're likely correct. You need to find a reliable source that says that.
- Strongly suggest that you look at some other album good articles and see how they handle the whole sourcing thing. Should help you get a better understanding of how it all works.
- Please watchlist this page and respond here, not on the talk page. It will be much easier for me to keep track of things that way.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 19:26, 31 March 2013 (UTC)
