Death: spirit measures
editThe article says Bonham drank "16 shots between 400 and 560 ml" for breakfast. That appears to be based on the current definition of a standard UK measure as either 25 or 35 ml. But this was in 1980, when a measure of spirits in England was 1/6 gill or 23.7 ml, making a total of 379 ml. The same applies to the total amount he drank in the 24 hours before he died - 40 shots was not 1 - 1.4 litres in 1980, it was 947 ml. Still a lot mind you. HairyDan (talk) 13:23, 4 July 2020 (UTC)
