Presumably he did become Lord of Badenoch, however briefly, following his father's death. It might be worth checking this, but formally he may have been forfeited at Bruce's first parliament at St. Andrews in 1309. Also, years of birth and death are a last resort for disambiguation, I would prefer something like "John IV Comyn". PatGallacher (talk) 14:08, 10 January 2018 (UTC)
