The statement that "it was not until 1923 that [Drinkwater] published his first collection of poetry" is uncited and inconsistent with other sources. James Bridges writes in the Literary Encyclopedia that his Lyrical and Other Poems was published 15 years before that, in 1908. accessed 23 May 2010. Drinkwater's Selected Poems mentions six other books of poetry: Poems 1908-1914; Swords and Ploughshares, 1915; Olton Pools, 1916; Tides, 1917; Loyalties, 1919; and Seeds of Time, 1921. accessed 23 May 2010.
