Merge proposal to merge Gall's law here

Reasons for merging the current article:

1. The term "Gall's law" doesn't seem that notable. I cannot find book before 2006 mentioning that term.
2. The current article is lacks references for more than five years
3. The first version of the article started 15:03, 22 November 2005‎ by Dpm64 seems the most accurate (that is why I restored that version here)
4. I question most of the statements added ever since:
   1. First the sentence Systemantics (a change in typography... comments the source not the quote itself
   2. Second the sentence Although dubbed Gall's Law by some, the actual quote is not labeled as such in the original work.. First there is no source for this statement. Second I don't understand what the actual quote is not labeled as such has to say.
   3. The statement The work cites Murphy's Law and the Peter Principle and is filled with similar sayings. relates to the book, and not the sentence
   4. The statement Although the quote may seem to validate the merits of simple systems, it is preceded by the qualifier "A simple system may or may not work." (p. 70). could make sense. On the other hand, Gall's law is preceded by many other statements more or less related.
   5. There are sorme source linking Gall's law to Agile software development [1] but (almost) none relating them to Extreme Programming.

The most adequate solution here seem to merge Gall's law here. -- Mdd (talk) 13:19, 23 November 2012 (UTC)
