I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: The article comports with all NPR requirements, so I'm marking it as reviewed, but I will note that if there is a possible issue here, it's definitely one of WP:NOTABILITY: between the lack of historical context beyond the man's titles and genealogy, to the massive number of redlinks making it clear that this is a part of a larger and more structured effort to create a network of interrelating biographical articles on German gentry--something easily confirmed by looking at the original author's content contributions, but happily most of the other articles that I randomly checked from the edit history are much better developed, so I am happy to give the benefit of the doubt that this article will see at least some superficial improvements on the somewhat bare bones of the present version. Otherwise I would have concerns about WP:NOTGENEALOGY. But even if a little lacking in encyclopedic meat on the bones as an independent topic, it squeaks by barely I think, and is otherwise well written, formatted, and sufficiently referenced.
