Edit summary (Briefly describe the changes you have made) : Corrected note on John Laurie/Laurence Olivier Shakespeare films: 4, not 3. Oliver, Son of Roland de Boys/Orlando, Son of Roland de Boys, respectively, in this film, of which I own the DVD {It's also been aired on Channel 20, WYCC-TV, PBS, in Chicago}. Made in the UK and released in 1936, the film also starred director Paul Czinner's wife Elizabeth Bergner, who played Rosalind with a thick German accent." , at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/As_You_Like_It CatRaptor 20:43, 25 May 2007 (UTC) CatRaptor {This my 1st time editing here, so please beforgiving of ant procedural errors made thru unfamiliarity with them. Doomed!

edit

Can there be a brief mention of his catchphrase 'we're all doomed' in Dad's Army. Perhaps just a bracket of comma saying 'in which he was famous for the catchphrase 'we're all doomed'? C.Heward (talk) 13:59, 7 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

Photograph

edit

The picture of Bill Laurie from this article is from, predictably, Dad's Army. I understand that, but would Mr Laurie himself have been happy? No, he would not have been. Is any other picture available?Alanobrien (talk) 18:20, 26 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
