The second photo (of the subject drinking a beer and giving a thumbs up) doesn't feel right to me. I referred to the policy on biographies of living persons and feel that [[1]] strongly supports my gut feeling that this photo is out of context, unflattering, and inappropriate for the article. However, I don't edit actively and am looking for a second opinion before I rush in and make changes.
