Bruised
edit"After capture he was shown, bruised, on Iraqi television"
After ejecting from an aircraft "flying" at several hundred knots, no doubt a person would have suffered some bruising, but the appearance on Iraqi TV did not show such, this is being muddled with John Peters, who's face was bruised and swollen. I think this comment is somewhat inaccurate! http://newsimg.bbc.co.uk/media/images/42741000/jpg/_42741537_nichol_jpg203.jpg http://www.speakersassociates.com/GetPicture.pl?Id=24156 Peters and Nichol http://www.davidszondy.com/images/peters_nichols.jpg —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.106.151.191 (talk) 08:25, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
The article could do with more information regarding his time in the RAF, the "Tornado Down" story, his leaving of the RAF shortly after, and criticism of the same (which suggests he's bitter about his ex-employer). John Peters on the other hand had a long RAF career as a pilot and RAF flying trainer. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.106.151.191 (talk) 08:18, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
