Acting Gov
editReply to comments left under the Biography Portal. There were several acting govs during this time. Due to an issue with the state constitution, we had a joint president of the senate. Thus they split the duty and one was acting for a few days and the other was acting until McGreevey was sworn in. See the bio on Cody for more details. C.
