Perhaps even more importantly, is there some good source showing that the John David Rich of Walkerville is the same as John David "Jodee" Rich, the One.Tel director in the ASIC case? Their purported photographs and biographies are entirely different, so it very much looks like they are not, and the court case was misattributed to this John Rich (the court case was clearly about the businessman, not about the local politician.)
