The article on Judah P. Benjamin indicates that he was succeeded by Harris, but the article on Harris has Harris preceded by "Vacant"; I left the situation in its inconsistent state because what is really needed is an eclectic fix for ALL states whose representation in the U.S. Congress was interrupted by the American Civil War.
